This is a newer version of this long produced OEM power supply. It was made for Philips by Delta Electronics in China and has their P/N MDS090AAS15 B. It was in use with a 120V power cord charging a standard PagerWriter TC70 EKG and was sold to the user by Philips. This part was left in the cart when the EKG was retired and sent elsewhere.

Output: 15 V DC 6 Amps.
