This Somatics Thymatron System IV is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I was able to power it up and it passes the internal "selftest" and goes to the "ready" screen. The buttons and displays properly respond and the printer is working. Everything seems to be working properly with the testing I am able to perform and I can't find a thing wrong with it. Guaranteed not to be DOA!
Comes with the Somatics Thymatron System IV Electroconvulsive device, Built in printer, Operating manual & Service Manual on USB, ECT Stimulus leads and power cord. There are no EEG/ECG Cables included in this listing. The printer is working properly and displaying the correct date/time. Unfortunately, during testing of the printer it ran out of charting paper. I have posted several pictures during my testing. According to the Somatics website this device is better than the MECTA machine in capability and treatment. Their website is very informative and I suggest you take a look.

Condition & Testing
This system is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. It powers up and properly passes the internal self check and then reads "Ready" on the display. This is exactly what should occur according to the manual. Responds to the controls properly. All displays are properly working. I push the treatment button and the treatment timer starts recording treatment time. The instruction manual and service manuals are on USB drive. The printer is working properly and prints out a chart graph without issue. Unfortunately, during the testing and picture taking process the chart paper ran out. The internal clock is working properly and the current date and time is printed. The stimulus leads are good and original to the device. No other testing has been done. The painted finish is in good condition with minimal sign of use and no damage, with only a couple of minor scuffs in the paint. I believe this system to be in a good and working order. There is no EEG/ECG cable included.
