Status: The device passed its self-test with all three displays, LEDs, and buttons functioning properly, including the on/off switch. The monopolar foot switch was tested and passed, and the device responded appropriately to foot switch activation for cut and coag on both monopolar 1 and monopolar 2 ports. However, the output power could not be verified due to the lack of appropriate test equipment. The device includes a foot switch for cut/coag (P/N: E6008). There are visible scratches on the display, and the paint on the top of the device is scratched in several areas.
