Hologic MyoSure hysteroscopic tissue removal system controller, model 10-550. This unit was recently taken out of service and has been tested for basic functionality. Powers on properly, front panel controls respond as expected, and digital display is clear and functioning.

Unit has current certification valid through May 2026, indicating it was in active clinical use prior to removal.

Cosmetic condition is good with normal signs of use. Ports and connectors are intact as shown.
