This Medtronic Xomed XPS 3000 Surgical Resection Control Console & Irrigation Pump w/ Footswitch is in excellent cosmetic and power tested condition. The XPS 3000 console is used to power, control and also irrigate a variety of different surgical handpieces intended for the incision and removal of soft and hard tissue or bone. NO handpieces included.During testing the console powers on without issue. The indicator lights as well as the digital displays illuminate at start up. Once on, the displays read, " NO HP, Insert Handpiece". This listing does NOT include any handpieces therefore no further testing has been conducted. This unit is in excellent condition with no cracks, broken or missing parts. The footswitch is also in excellent condition and connects to the console properly. The console has an attached pole clamp on back of the device for mounting to an I.V. or other instrument pole. This is a great unit at a great price and we guarantee it will not be DOA!

This unit is in goodcondition with no broken or missing parts. There are signs of wear due to previous use that include a fewscratches to the digital display face, but nothing that affects its function.The footswitch isin great condition and connects to the console properly. The console has an attached pole clamp on back of the device for mounting to an I.V. or other instrument pole. This is a great unit at a great price and we guarantee it willnotbe DOA!

Manufacturer's Description

The XPS3000 is intended for the incision and removal of soft and hard tissue or bone in general otorhinolaryngology, head and neck, and otoneurological surgery. An integral pump is provided for irrigation and a second integral pump may be provided for handpiece cooling. TheXPS 3000 Console provides power to the selected handpiece. In addition to the StraightShotM4 Microdebrider and VisaoHigh-Speed Otologic Drill, the system console also powers the StraightShotMagnumand MagnumII handpiece, Powerforma(High Speed Drill), XcaliburHi-Torque and Hi-Speed Drills, and Skeeter(microdrill) handpieces.

It includes an integrated irrigation pump for irrigation of blades and burs and a second pump (optional) for motor coolant of the VisaoHigh-Speed and XcaliburHi-Speed Otologic Drills.The Single Function footswitch controls speed; the Multifunction footswitch controls handpiece speed, rotation mode, and footswitch mode.

Condition & Testing

This device is in goodcosmetic and power testedcondition. Comes with the XPS 3000 Console,Footswitch and attached pole clamp. The device powers on without issue and the digital displays and indicator lights are working. The dual integral pumps are good. The face of the digital display has somescratches, but this does not affect its functioning in any way.Once the console is on, the digital display reads " NO HP, Insert Handpiece". Since we do not have a handpiece, no further testing has been conducted.Guaranteed not to be DOA.
