StandardRepairs: Typicallycompleted within 5 business days, depending on part availability. The lead timestarts on the first full day after we receive your unit. Delays may occur ifnon-stock part is required.

No Chargefor Unrepairable Units: If we determine your unit cannot be repaired, you will not be charged.Charges apply only for units that are successfully repaired.

WarrantyInformation

WarrantyPeriod: Repairs arecovered for 6 months, depending on the failure. The warranty starts fromthe day you receive your item back per the shipping courier.

Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in ourrepair process and premature failures. It does not cover damage from externalpower surges or misuse.

ShippingCosts: You areresponsible for shipping costs to us; return shipping is covered us.

WarrantyConditions:

Units are logged with model and serial numbers. Warranty claims are void if these numbers do not match upon return.
Internals are documented and marked before shipping. Warranty claims are void if these markings are missing due to unauthorized repairs or part swaps.
Do not open or attempt to repair your unit, as this will void the warranty. If tamper proof labels are tampered with warranty is void.
Warranty Claims: Client must be shipped back to us for evaluation. If a claim is not accepted, you can choose to have the unit repaired again or returned at your expense.
