Technology of repair and modernization of a Storz RoBi bipolar insert type 38xxx series and older models, which in fact are just a bit shorter. The repair means that your insert will start to work again. The modernization means that you will never meet such troubles again.
The mentioned above troubles are:
- Electric brake down of the internal insulator around the branche’s axis;
- Electric brake down on the outer surface of the insulator of the insulated branch;
- Overheating and destroying of plastic body by internal wire, which connects insulated branch with outer tube of instrument.
The technology is quite complicated, has a lot of tiny hand works, needs to produce tiny parts from PEEK plastic and stainless still, needs a good qualification of worker in solder blazing technology. Despite of these so severe demands, the usual CNC machine even in amateur level is able to produce the parts needed, and a middle level technician or simply punctual person with technical practical skills, following the technologie's instructions, would be able to do this work.
