The Neoprobe GDS (Gamma Detection System) features Bluetooth wireless technology and is able to identify gamma rays emitted from radioactive isotopes in body organs or tissue. Through a combination of visual and auditory indicators, the system accurately quantifies gamma radioactivity levels. Utilizing the inverse square law of physics, the hand-held probe is able to detect radiation from even the smallest sources. With support for a Bluetooth probe, the Neoprobe offers exceptional directionality and sensitivity, delivering precise localization of targeted tissue during gamma detection procedures.
