This US made product appear to be undamaged and functional. The device powered up, counted down and displayed the company logo. There are no cracks in the case, the belt clip works and the display was clear and responsive with light scratching on the window surface. The keys were responsive and not damaged. It was tested without a lead set, programming or a memory card. No software, lead, belts or other accessories are included. The unit in the pictures is the one being sold here. It comes with a 7 day inspection warranty during which the buyer can confirm that it is as stated and will monitor and record events using NWM software, memory cards and leads. Its best application will be as a replacement record for one that has malfunctioned or been physically damaged.
