• The DASGIP OD4 module enables real-time, non-invasive optical density monitoring in up to four vessels. With OD sensors, it tracks biomass growth during microbial processes, helping optimize feeding and harvest timing.

• The LAUDA Microcool MC 1200 Circulation chiller is ideal for temperature control in bioprocessing. When used with the Eppendorf BioFlo 320, it ensures stable thermal conditions for dual bioreactor operations, supporting reliable cell culture and fermentation. With up to 1.2 kW cooling capacity and a -10 to +40 DegC temperature range, it enhances process consistency and efficiency in R&D and scale-up applications.

• The BlueSens exhaust gas cooler with quick-connect tubing cools and dries bioreactor exhaust gases before they reach gas sensors, protecting them from heat and condensation. This setup enables accurate, real-time off-gas analysis (e.g., CO₂, O₂)

• The BioCommand software is designed to enhance your ability to monitor and control your fermentation and cell culture processes through your personal computer. It allows the integration of additional inputs. For example, once configured, the DASGIP OD4 module and Bioflo 320 Bioprocess Control Stations may be monitored by the BioCommand software as a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software as a complete system.
