• We inspected the controller and programmed a test method.
• We loaded and unloaded tips successfully using the tip handling mechanism.
• We tested the stacker solenoid functionality: 7 cycles passed, and 1 cycle failed on Stack 3A.
• We verified the plate lift mechanism functioned as expected.
• We performed a liquid transfer test with the 96/250 head and confirmed accurate operation.
• We did not perform any further testing due to the absence of software.
