Preventive Maintenance: Fixed cost preventive maintenance plans follow manufacturer recommended schedules to maximize reliability and reduce unexpected service events.
Depot Repair Options: Per diem depot service is available for major repairs, full rebuilds, or recycling. Annual depot repair plans are also available for small to mid-sized instruments that can be shipped directly to our Holliston, MA facility.
Priority Phone Support: Our Clinical Engineering staff are available by phone and email during business hours to provide direct troubleshooting and remote resolution.
Superior Response Times: We offer next business day to same business day onsite support, ensuring your laboratory experiences minimal disruption.
Training and Assay Programming: On-site training sessions provide full system orientation, preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and open Q&A. Advanced assay programming services are also available, including reagent setup, calibration, and validation for molecular biology workflows.
Full Lifecycle Support: Diamond offers relocation, recommissioning, decommissioning, and decontamination services to support instruments across every stage of use.
