The BioTek Synergy 4 Plate Reader offers you true hybrid technology to give you the widest range microplate solution in one compact system. This microplate reader features both filter based detection in combination with a monochromator based system capable of performing an unlimited number of microplate based assays. The filter based fluorescence technology of this plate reader provides superior sensitivity with optimized light filtering and purification. This filter system allows for fast reads, and quick wavelength switching. The quadruple monochromator based system, meanwhile, allows for flexible wavelength selection, spectral scanning, and reduced background noise, so you can choose the method that best fits your needs. The BioTek Synergy 4 Multi Detection Microplate Reader features modular read modes for flexibility of choice, two double grating monochromators, deep blocking filter and dichroic mirrors and is compatible with Take3 Multivolume plates. This Synergy 4 is built for monochromator-based Fluorescence, Filter based Fluorescence, (top and bottom), Fluorescence polarization, Time Resolved Fluorescence, UV-Vis Absobances. This microplate reader comes with temperature controls, as well as a built-in shaker.
