Shipping Policy

• No free shipping offered. Buyers are encouraged to request a shipping quote prior to purchase.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday.
• All orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days from receipt of payment.
• Our Shipping cutoff is at 2 pm PST.
• For any lost or stolen packages that show as "delivered" according to the tracking or confirmation information. Contact the carrier for further help with delivery issues.
• We currently offer FedEx and USPS on most orders. We package all items securely to ensure safe delivery.
• Buyers may arrange their own shipping and carrier pickup at their expense.
• Local pickup is available by appointment only. Our warehouse address is 3090 Osgood Ct, Fremont, CA, 94539. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 4PM (Pacific Time).

30-Day DOA Warranty (USA Orders Only)

• All products, except "for parts or repair" items, unless otherwise noted, have a 30-day Dead on Arrival warranty. If your item is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement for 30 days from the date the product was delivered.
• Our warranty does not include consumables, eg. toner, ink cartridges, bulbs, batteries, all for parts or repair items, missing accessories not stated in our ad or pictured, etc. Compatibility issues are not considered Dead On Arrival. Please check with the appropriate manufacturer to confirm compatibility issues before purchasing.
• To return an item, contact us and request a return for the order.
• All returned products must be 100% complete in the original packaging, in resalable condition, and include any manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories.
