According to the Leica catalog this is aLeica 14448272 M720 DI C7000 Spine Binocular Assistant Tube which is a Dual Imaging Module for Surgical Microscopes.
It came to me with a TrueVision ICM5 3D Surgical Camera and cable attached. I am selling the camera and cable in a separate listing. My last two pictures show both pieces together.I can give a discount if you purchase both units.
This module is in great cosmetic condition with minimal sign of normal use and no visible damage. It is untest but guaranteed not to be DOA. It attaches properly to the 3D camera. Looks like a nice unit, not sure what model microscopes it is compatible with?
