Used. Tested, AAC and HEB work great. This has been fully tested in an Agilent 5500 AFM system. Controllers only, no other parts of the SPM system are included. See 2nd photo for test.
This AC mode controller has AAC only, it does not have MAC mode. If you need MAC mode, please contact us. We have MAC mode controllers available (and MAC mode III) for sale, as well as compatible nosepieces and sample plates. We also sell probes and entire SPM systems.
