Manufacturer's Description
The Surgivetvital signs monitor is intended to be used in special procedure labs and other areas of a veterinaty hospital or clinic where veterinary monitoring systems are needed. The monitor package includes 3-lead or 5-lead electrocardiography (ECG), non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), and pulse oximetry (SpO2).

The device permits patient monitoring with adjustable alarm limits as well asaudible alarm signals. The monitor provides fast, reliable measurments for patients ranging from cats to horses when using the appropriate SurgiVet accessories. The monitor is not intended for home use. The monitor is not intended to be an apnea monitor. It was not designed or validated for use as an apnea monitor.

Condition & Testing

These devices are being sold as-is for parts and/or repair. All units are in great cosmetic condition. The only issue with these units is the NIBP is not working properly and gives a 'weak NIBP signal' error code during testing.Each unit powers on and the color screens illuminate. Once on,we used our own personal set of testing accessories (NOT INCLUDED) to test each device. During testing the ECG,SpO2 and CO2 functions are workingandproducewaveforms on the display screen as expected.The temperature function is working and I can watch the degreesclimb to the expected level.The only untested function is the invasive blood pressure as we are not medically certified to do so but I am sure they are working. Testing was doneusing a human test subject for the purpose of confirming all functions are working, not to test accuracy as these are veterinary usedevices.

All soft touch buttons and rotary knobs are in excellent working condition and I can use them to navigate use of the devices. All alarms and indicator lights are working. Each unit has an internal battery but battery condition is unknown and unwarranted. Each CO2 Module includes an external CO2 absorber and antibacterial disc filter but no moisture trap.Absorber and filtermay need to be replaced. Overall these are incredibly versatile and usefulmonitors.
