< This listing is a Multi-Vendor WIRING HARNESS Repair Service for MRI volume coils.

< Once you purchase our repair service, you will receive a message with our contact information. As per your shipping carrier preference (FedEx or UPS), we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx or UPS Ground shipping label, showing your information as the shipper. To ensure a safe & secure shipping experience, your item must be packed & shipped by a local FedEx Office or UPS Store near you.

< Upon your coil(s) arrival, a technical evaluation of coil(s)' complete wiring harness & connector will be performed, in order to isolate it as the culprit of your defective coil(s). Once the wiring harness and/or connector are isolated as defective culprits, they will be repaired or replaced, at our sole discretion. After the repair and successful QC testing of your coil(s)' harness & connector are completed, your item(s) will be return shipped to you for free. Please select the "Buy it Now" option to proceed.

< Non-Repairable Units

< Our service scope-of-work is limited to coil(s)' wiring harness and connector. If coil(s)' defect is determined to be beyond the wiring harness & connector, we will deem it "non-repairable" and send you prompt notification. Once "non-repairable" determination is made, we will issue an immediate refund of our repair fee, minus (-) roundtrip shipping charges (maximum of $300 for domestic buyers, and $900 for international buyers), and return your coil(s) via FedEx or UPS Ground. If you choose not to have your coil(s) return shipped, we require an authorization of forfeiture from you in writing, in order to issue a full refund of our repair fee, waiving roundtrip shipping charges.

< Repair Turnaround Times

< Repair turnaround times are typically from 7-10 business days, depending on replacement parts and tech availability. If non-stock parts are required, this could delay repair completion by 5-7 additional business days.

< In respect of rules, if you find it necessary to make direct contact with us prior to shipping your item(s), please do so AFTER completing your purchase of our repair service. If after contacting us, and prior to shipping, you change your mind on using our repair service, feel free to request a cancellation of your purchase, and we will gladly issue a full refund.

< Warranty Information

< Once return shipped to you, our comprehensive warranty is in effect for 90-days from date of delivery. All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation. You are responsible for all warranty related shipping charges.

< Our repair service includes a comprehensive warranty for defects in our service and/or replacement parts. Repaired coil(s) failures resulting from a power surge, neglect, or abuse are not covered under our warranty. Incoming for-repair coil(s) are tracked in our system via their model & serial number, and returning warranty coil(s) must be identified as a match with the original incoming ID entry. If these numbers do not match upon, warranty is thereby null & void. Please do not open up or attempt to repair your unit before reporting a warranty claim--this will void the warranty. If your warranty claim is rejected or deemed null & void, you can either opt to get the coil(s) repaired again or have it returned at your expense.
