REMOVAL FOR BOTH UNITS will be via a roof hatch, 1 story above ground level.

Exclusions: - HARD DRIVES MUST BE REMOVED AND LEFT AT FACILITY DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS. Key software data can be captured prior to hard drive removal – this is simply to protect the patient data from being restored. Please ask – do NOT assume anything is automatically included with the system.

Condition: Systems are being utilized daily. KMA has not independently tested this item in ANY way. Equipment is being sold Pre-owned, As-is, Where-is, with No Warranty Expressed or Implied. All Sales Final, No Returns, No exchanges.

Location/Removal: Removal via roof hatch. Facility is responsible for creating a clear path for removal including opening interior doorways and hatch removal/replacement. Buyer is responsible for Crane, rigging and transportation. Facility can assist in necessary permits. Floor Protection is REQUIRED. SOME WORK MAY NEED TO BE COMPLETED AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. System is located in downtown Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Removal is scheduled based upon their construction schedule and subject to change.

Payment/Schedule: Non – negotiable payment schedule –10% due on June 24, 2025, Preview to be scheduled after downpayment and prior to July 10, 2025. 20% due July 17, 2025. Remaining 70% balance due August 18, 2025.
