Our Process

We source all used equipment from hospitals, surgery centers, and Government Facilities.We test all of our equipment before shipping it to you; unless stated otherwise.

Packing

We hand pack all items with boxes, peanuts, and bubble wrap. All freight items will be custom palletized /crated, strapped, and shrink wrapped.

Shipping

Freight: quotes will be provided upon request, or one can select Local Pickup and manage the transportation pickup and expense directly.

RME offers and will quote palletization services upon this request.

Current rates

$125 for packing and palletizing each standard pallet

$225 for packing and palletizing each non-standard pallet

$250 for palletizing each custom reinforced pallet. Crating will require a charge for materials and labor and the quotes are unique per request and specific to each unit.

Return Window : All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. All listed items, except those specifically labeled as ?Parts? or ?Not Working?.

Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition as received and shipped as is, with all original components and packaging included.

Return Shipping : The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Options : Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, customers may choose between:

A refund to the original payment method (less any applicable fees), or
A store credit for the full amount of the item, which can be used toward any future purchase with Richardson MedEquip
