30 Day Return Policy. Free Return. We accept returns any any defective products or products damaged during shipping within 30 days of an order being placed. Any products returned because of customer error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Products that are returned because of customer error will require shipping to be paid by the customer.
