Manufacturer's Description

The Aquilex system is designed to optimize high-aspriation procedures such as MyoSure tissue removal, and help you maintain control.

1) One integrated system with a fluid pump capable of 800 mL/min inflow
2) Two integrated vacuum pumps:

One for the under-buttock drape and scope outflow capable of producting up to 120mmHg of suction
One for the MyoSure system capable of producing up to 500 mmHg of suction

3) Automatic lumen calibration to optimize intrauterine pressure for achieving and maintaining distention and visualization
4) Dual-scale tecnology means there is a scale for the supply hooks and one for the canisters for accurate deficit measurements

The MyoSuretissue removal procedure is a hysteroscopictreatment that targets and removes uterine tissue, including fibroids and polyps. This can enable many women suffering with abnormal uterine bleeding symptoms caused by polyps or fibroids to be effectively treated without having to undergo major surgery. For women who would like to have children in the future, the MyoSure procedure may be a treatment option to consider.

Condition & Testing

Both units power on and the Aquilex passes self test. No further testing has been done, however there is no reason for me to believe it will not perform as it is designed to. Comes with tubing, 2 new canisters, filters and footswitch. All power cords are in excellent condition. The rolling stand is good condition and the wheels are rolling smooth. The 2 locking casters are working properly.
