This Stereo Optical Optec 2300 Vision Test Screener powers on and is in good working condition. The buttons respond properly to selections and the dial rotates smoothly. The lights inside the unit turn on so that the images are able to be seen. This unit is powered by a 24V power supply, however, the power supply is not included. There are some scuff marks from previous use and is missing a panel on the right side (see photos). This unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
