OMNIBotics® Inspection Report
Inspection carried out by Damien Goy on Tuesday, 21/01/2025

Objective:
Visual and functional checks of the OMNIBotics® robot.

Investigation results:
1. External appearance
Protective covers present on the camera and the screen.
Camera (a few minor knocks, but nothing serious).
Screen (no scratches).
Laptop (good condition).
Drawer (contents compliant).
Power cable (present and functional).
Foot pedal (present and functional).
Overall paintwork (a few small areas with chipped paint here and there, but nothing serious).

2. Software
System starts without any issues.
Connection established without difficulty.
Surgical application launches without difficulty.
The camera is functional, as instrument calibration was possible.

3. Control Box
OMNIBot™ test
The OMNIBot motor located in the platform drawer is functional.
Connection is established without any issues.
BalanceBot™ test
The BalanceBot™ in my possession did not pass the calibration test.
Please note: connection test OK, calibration test failed.
After checks, the control box was ruled out. The issue was related to the BalanceBot™ used.

4. Instrumentation side
No instrumentation.

Conclusion:
Robotic platform operational.
Visual condition “acceptable”.
No instrumentation.
