We were able to hook this unit up to gas for testing and it work perfect with no leaks or problems at all. The igniter is working properly to light the burner. The jacket heated nicely. We ensured the steam jacket is full to manufacturer's specs. Currently set up for natural gas, If you require it to run on propane the orifices will just need to be changed before use.The steam jacket has a 50 psi rating and is prefilled for the high efficiency power burner heating system. Standard control panel with LED indicators for heat cycle, low water are working and the dial for the temperature adjustment (120-265F) are accurate, confirmed by our external digital thermometer. The tilt mechanism with roller bearings is working smoothly. The spring assist lid is perfect. The side drain valve is good. This is a very nice commercial unit at a fraction of the cost of new. A high-efficiency power burner heating system circulates heat through the Cleveland KGL60T steam kettle's two-thirds steam jacket, heating and recovering temperatures quickly to accommodate back-to-back applications. The solid-state temperature controls ensure temperatures are within a 1.8 degree Fahrenheit temperature range for accuracy. It's equipped with a standard control panel that includes a dial with 1 to 10 (120F - 265F / 49C - 130C) temperature dial settings, a power on/off dial, an LED indicator light for the heat cycle, and an LED indicator for low water.
This Cleveland KGL60T steam kettle has a 60-gallon capacity and measures 4938 inches wide by 4714 inches deep by 4818 inches high. Support legs secure the unit in place, and its flanged feet are adjustable for floor bolting. To simplify removal, operators can tilt the unit manually to remove product from the kettle's large pouring lip, which releases food quickly. Designed to withstand long-term use, it's made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while its rolled rim resists damage from the tilting mechanism.

Low Water Indicator Light- Kettle is low on water & will not operate in this condition (Also lights when kettle is tilted)
On/Off TempControl- Turns on/off & allows operator to adjust kettletemperature

Vacuum Pressure Gauge- Indicates steam pressure in PSI inside steam jacket & vacuum in inches of mercury

Condition & Testing
This Commercial Tilting Kettle is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition with very minor signs of previous use in the form of scuffs and water scale but absolutely no damage. The lid lifts easily, and the manual tilt kettle is working correctly. We confirmed the steam jacket is full to manufacturer's specs. We connected a gas supply and fully tested this unit to be working properly. The igniter is working properly. Nice unit here with a lot of life left in it.
