Machine was Taylor Wharton Kryos K-Series 24K LN2 Cryostorage Liquid Nitrogen Storage Unit with the Kryos Controller having S/N 7115 and showing other serials of 555-015-JJ9 as well as control V4.22B in the firmware of the controller as displayed when prompted (see pictures)

You MUST get the return to us within 10 days of the authorization in order to be accepted.
