This Masimo Radical 7 Rainbow Pulse CO-Oximeter SpO2 PR Pi w/ Dock & SpO2 Sensor is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition and ready to use.

Guaranteed not to be DOA. I was able to get a proper reading using the SpO2 sensor without any issues.

It is working fine when connected to the docking station, however the battery is not holding a charge.

The touchscreen is responding to touch properly and there is no damage to the screen. All buttons on the control panel are responsive and the on-screen menu is easily navigated using the touchscreen.

There is a Bio Medical label that is good until 07/2026, so this device was in use until recently.

Using Masimo SET signal extraction technology and multi-wavelength rainbow CO-oximetry, the system provides real-time measurements of SpO, pulse rate, perfusion index, and optional parameters including SpHb, SpCO, SpMet, SpOC, PVi, RRa, and RRp, even under motion and low-perfusion conditions. Its touchscreen interface displays numeric values, pleth and respiratory waveforms, and Signal IQ indicators, while the detachable handheld module and docking station support bedside, transport, and networked monitoring workflows. Condition & Testing

This device is in excellent cosmetic and power tested working condition. It show little to no signs of wear from previous use and no damage. I was able to get a proper reading using the SpO2 Finger Sensor without any issues.

The device is powering on and running just fine while connected to the docking station, but the battery does not seem to be holding a charge and so it can not be used as a handheld unit until the battery is replaced. The touchscreen is without damage and is responding to touch properly. The buttons on the control panel are all working and the on-screen menu is easily navigated using the touchscreen. All ports are without any damage.
