This system is a high-performance PET/CT platform designed for excellent image quality, fast scan times, low-dose imaging, and strong PET quantitation performance.

This Discovery IQ features GE’s 8x8x3 Matrix BGO LightBurst detector technology with Q.Clear full-coverage reconstruction and SharpIR, providing improved image quality, lesion detectability, and PET quantitation confidence. The CT portion is an Optima 540 16 slice CT with TIO PC small grey console, PARC 3.6 recon cabinet, and CT PDAS detector.

The system includes Discovery IQ 1.0 software and PET Odyssey application software: pet_odyssey.69.HP_PP_P16_G_GTLNI: 8x8x3 ring BGO. Gantry revolutions are approximately 2,432,514. Phantom activity listed as 55 MBq.
