Varian DS-602 is a dual stage rotary vane pump with a pumping speed of 17.6 cfm at 60Hz and a ultimate total pressure of 2 x 10-3 mbar.
The DS-602 has a built-in oil shield and forced oil circulation, an anti-suck back valve, gas ballast valve and forced air ventilation. It’s a rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump with a 1 phase motor. It is reliable and operates at low noise levels with the anti-noise system.
