The Philips M2741A LoFlo sidestream etCO2 sensor uses sophisticated infrared absorption spectroscopy to measure etCO2 and respiration rate. The sensor delivers a clear, precise capnogram for respiratory rates up to 150 breaths per minute. And with a sampling rate of 50 ml/min, it is ideal for use with infants and smaller patients.
The LoFlo sidestream etCO2 sensor is used with Philips capnography measurement server extension (M3014A) in combination with the IntelliVue multi-measurement server.
Philips offers airway adapter sets for intubated patients that require close monitoring of their etCO2 levels. Nasal and oral-nasal cannulas are available for non-intubated patients who undergo procedural sedation.
