Machine was Hausted (now Steris ) 26" Model 578 578Eye ST with Serial 0422608005 with the Eye Care Optional Equipment AKA Graham Field GF Health Graham-Field GrahamField – operationally confirmed for all functions prior to dismantling

Description – Oem Hausted Steris Eye Surgery add-on option kit includes the adjustable base shown. Has its own serial number (shown) and mates with the mattress pad for the option with mpn HP150830447B that we offer as sku 115987 and includes the velcro pad for mounting the pad.

Comps – All Hausted Model 578 Unicare Family Machines / SLO / SLW / some parts may be compatible with the 826 / 825 / 626 / 675 family machines as they are in the same series – but pls confirm this and width (wide and narrow) parts variants before ordering
