Comes with a Integra Mayfield Swivel Horseshoe Headrest w/ BRAND NEW gel pads, Integra Mayfield Swivel Adapter and a V. Mueller Spetzler Adjustable Base Unit. Compatible with all current model Mayfield components. The Integra swivel adapter was manufactured in the USA and looks new. This is the real deal and NOT one of the cheap Pakistan or India knock-off units you see offered ! Hard to find a headrest system as nice and complete as this one.It is obvious this system hasn't been used much because it is so clean and the aluminum finishes are very bright. The starburst splines on all components are perfect with no sign of wear. The pictures are the actual item you are buying here. The headrest and swivel adapter are integra and the base unit is V. Mueller. I have sold a lot of Integra Mayfield systems and this is a nice one with minimal sign of previous use. The polished finish is bright and near perfect with little to no tarnish. All starburst splines are perfect and none of the joints will slip. The gel pads are brand new aftermarket.Take a good look at the pictures. This is a really nice Mayfield system in ready to use condition. The allen wrench that stores in the base of the unit is present.
