The Bio-Rad PTC-200 DNA Engine utilizes interchangeable sample blocks and heat pump assemblies allow the user to change format easily between runs while retaining NIST traceable accuracy. PTC-200 Thermal Cycler has a 384 well Alpha Block. Precise Peltier effect heat pumps robustly designed for repeating cycling and deliver the full temperature range of 0C - 100C electronically.

In a compact instrument with a footprint that measures 24cm x 27cm high, The Bio-Rad PTC-200 offers speedy ramping rates of up to 3.0 seconds in models that hold 0.2ml tubes or V well plates. Unparalled temperature homogeneity + or - 0.4C within 30 seconds of arrival @60C for all standard models.

Large memory and amiable software that allows control over virtually every thermal parameter. This Thermal Cycler has 80 character LCD menu driven software and a 200 program memory with individually secured directories.

All digital diplays, indicator lights and buttons are working as they should. Each unit comes with an Alpha unit block assembly that holds 96 - 0.2 ml tubes. The Alpha handles are working and the thumb dials are good. Ready to use as soon as you receive it! Guaranteed not to be DOA.
