The LE9 BEP6.2 is a Back End Processor (BEP) that is used in the ultrasound machines. It is mainly used in Logiq E9, which is a digital beamforming system. The signal flow travels from the probe connector panel to the front end electronics, then to the back end processor and finally the results are displayed on the monitor. The system configuration is stored on the hard drive inside the BEP and all necessary software loads from the hard drive during power up.
