Description

This Laborie Aquarius LT Urodynamic Analyzer System is in excellent cosmetic and power tested working condition. Guaranteed not to be DOA. I do not have the proper laptop and software, so further testing could not be done. This system uses Laborie UDS Software or UDS120 Platform to operate. Without the laptop the Roam DX and Urocap can't connect via bluetooth to the Central Hub. The touchscreen on the Central Hubis lighting up, but the menu will not work without the laptop and software. However, everything else is working as it should. The Roam DX and Urocap are charging properly when connected to their charging docks, they are also running fine off their battery power. The Laborie symbol is popping up on the Pump Module when powered on. The printer is working without issues and the shelves adjusting easily.

The Aquarius LT is used for comprehensive urodynamic evaluation, supporting multichannel cystometry, uroflowmetry, pressure-flow studies, urethral pressure profiling, leak-point pressure assessment, EMG correlation, and bladder/urethral function testing in patients with incontinence, retention, neurogenic bladder, pelvic-floor dysfunction, post-prostatectomy evaluation, and complex lower-urinary-tract symptoms.

The AQUARIUS LT is a diagnostic analyzer system. The product is a data acquisition system for Urodynamics and peripheral diagnostics that records and displays physiological data from the patient. It is to be used as medical diagnostic equipment. Details are described as follows:

• Central Hub Computer: has a touch LCD as a new HMI and collects/synchronizes data from all procedure modules and sends data to PC. It also displays the device status and provides interface for calibration and pump setup.
• Pump Module: The pump on the Central Hub is used to infuse a patients bladder with saline from an IV bag.
• Pressure transducers: These are the sensors for pressure measurement.
• EMG: Electromyography (EMG) transducer for measuring the raw and enveloped muscle activity.
• Urocap/Uroflow: Load cell transducer to detect volume and flow of liquid into a beaker.
• UPP Puller: Retracts a catheter at a constant speed from the patient.
• Roam DX: Wireless Battery Powered EMG Measurement Device.
• PC: Computer which controls the system activity, displays, and stores data.

Condition & Testing

This system is in excellent cosmetic and power tested working condition. It shows little to no signs of wear from previous use and no damage. I do not have the proper laptop and software so further testing could not be done. The touchscreen on the central hub is being backlit when powered on, unfortunately, without the laptop the menu does not come up. The Urocap and Roam DX are charging without any issues when plugged into the charging docks, however the bluetooth connection does not work without the laptop and software. When removed from the charging docks both the Urocap and Roam DX are holding a charge and running off internal battery power. The pump module is powering on and displaying the Laborie symbol. The bottom shelf that holds the printer is sturdy and can be adjusted by loosening two bolts with an allen wrench. The top shelf is adjusted via a knob. All four wheels are spinning freely and locking properly.
