How Our Service Works:
1. Select “Get Quote” from our DOTmed listing and let us know which service you need on your unit. (Make sure you include your name, company, phone #, and email)
2. We will contact you with a quote.
3. Once the quote is approved, we will provide shipping instructions and the address for our service facility in Kingston, NH.
4. Carefully package your unit and ship it to us. Proper packaging is essential to prevent damage during transit. ARS is not responsible for any shipping damages.
5. Once your unit arrives, we will perform the selected service. The expected turnaround time is approximately 10 business days.
6. After the service is complete and payment has been received, we will ship your unit back using your preferred shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
