after being in a huge misunderstanding and issue for a week, Mr. Christopher J. Turner has correctly refunded the COMPLETE PAYMENT after week and we were continuosly work again, whatever have said to US, we want publictly to apologize with Mr. Christoher and his campany for our desesperately actions and we want publicly state that the refund was completely done and with that we make for conclude our claim. thank you so much for the oportunity of Mr. Christopher and their good hearth to have solve this issue in very short time. the best Xmas ever to them.
Christopher Turner responded: This is not an accurate summary at all. Mr. Fernandez ordered two parts, which were not compatible with the system he was going to use them in, even possibly damaging the system or the part itself. We helped him by holding the order, getting clarification from him and then after receiving our help tried to cancel the order for one of the parts that he found somewhere else after he sent us his PO and money. We have no issue with refunding his money minus any bank fees however he should be paying 25% restocking due to the fact that the original two parts were on our dock ready for shipment. Our posted policy is that all orders ship via Ex-Works (Title transfers on the dock). WE HELPED HIM and he repaid us with unethical business practices.
