This vendor sold an NON-WORKING x-ray system to an end-user in our area. The vendor hired my company to perform service on the system which had been damaged in shipment as well as upon installation. After providing parts & labor services on behalf of this vendor, we've never been paid and our collection calls are not being answered. Recommend DO NOT perform services for this vendor without PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. Still have never been paid.
David Denholtz responded: This company walked off the job when the equipment being installed tripped the main breaker in the building. We had to hire a new company to complete the job which they did. The invoice in question was PARTIALLY PAID based on the work that was done.
