Bruce Raynor of Raynor Shine Ent. has been the most supportive person I have ever dealt with, he has taken a great deal if tome to help me on several occasions since I purchased a used bed and lift from him several years ago. Even today, many years later he took over an hour on the phone to help me troubleshoot the lift problem. He's totally about service and helping the people who need these types of equipment. Bruce is the most supportive and kind person we were lucky to come across. He's down to every detail to get things working. He answered every text I sent him within 30 seconds. When my texts ended up creating more questions, he gave me his phone to call him and walked us through every part of the machine, patiently and clearly explained everything. He's knowledge of the machine, his professionalism, replying to our texts and phone calls made us see that when you have a piece of equipment, it is nothing if you don't have a support like Bruce! When I need any equipment, I'm checking with Bruce first to make sure I don't buy it from any where else. You want that kind of support and a kind person behind your purchase.
