I bought an Alaris sirynge pump telling him that I want to be able to change all the parameters and be used with different brands of syringes. When the pump arrived you were unable to change the parameters, It only admited B.Braun Perfusor syringes and the clamp for the syringe embolus was broken. I contacted him and at first tried to evite to asume his responsability. Then he offered me 3 pumps in very good condition (one of them for free) and he told me to take the one I had for pieces. I paid him the other two pumps and when I tried the three pumps he sent me none of them worked (in the screen you could read that the pumps require be serviced). I contacted him and he insists that the three pumps worked without any problem when he sent me and he won't do anything to repair this. Which type of Company sells you 4 syringe pumps in very good condition and when you receive them all are broken. Is that a Company to trust in?. Please, be carefull.

Very bad experience, we ordered an Olympus Videoendoscopy System in very good conditions, we clearly asked for all cables and pigtails. The package arrived intact but the packaging inside was inadequate for the transport of 15-20kg instruments. The light source arrived with the front panel broken, pigtail and one cable was missing. Most of the external metal plates were rusty (we bought a very good condition instrument...). When we asked for a new instrument o if they can replace the broken part they simply answered they cannot without suggesting any solution. We send all the instruments back loosing shipping cost, our customer, our time and part of the total amount. The CEO was really unpleasent.

I purchased a dye injector in February 2021 from Germany, (imported to UK) - very smooth transaction - trustworthy person. It's just a shame about the company he used for shipping - I am unable to submit my import customs in time because they won't release my paperworks nor do it themselves

I ordered a Draeger anesthesia machine. Complete with the main device, I ordered and paid for inspection service + replacement of the CO2 sensor made by Reitz Medical GmbH, 490 euros. Also paid for the evaporator Sevoflurane 1250 euros.
After receiving parcel, I ordered an authorized representative Draeger inspection. Its results: the device cannot perform its functions; O2 sensor has a production date - July 2012. Shelf life of the sensor is 1 year, this sensor cannot be new in any case; report of Reitz Medical GmbH clearly contradicts the report of the authorized representative of Draeger AG. This indicates the falsity of the conclusion; parcel does not include the Sevorflurane vaporizer; the design of the device did not match the description from the ad - it was not portable, but a stationary.
After discovering these problems, I tried to contact the seller by e-mail but the seller didânt respond to me.

Thomas Koenigbauer responded: yes, he ordered a DRÃGER Julian which he got offered with pictures and all details. also an independent and qualified medical technician has done a system testing with protocol and brand new O2 cell on this Julian - all was ok according to German medical law and manufacturer requirements.
the Julian was send by truck, securely packed to buyer. No claim of transport damage was made.
