He sold me an instrument as "NEW REFURBISHED" but it was just used with good image,the insertion tube was damaged. His answer to my feedback was: " that the minor buggles do not influence the quality of the examination at all. The endoscope is in full working order and ready to use on patients". He doesn't know what "refurbished" means. We had to change the insertion tube ourselves.

Received device that started to malfunction a couple of weeks after using it. Contacted the dealer that refused any responsibility even though it announced 30 days warranty. Run away from this dealer, not honest person.
Thomas Koenigbauer responded: the mailfunctioning claimed by the buyer, is caused by himself- item had no cracks or broken housing when delivered. when claimed mailfunction the item had broken housing. Looks like buyer dropped item and makes now me responsible for it.

Very reliable seller. We bought Anesthesia Machine. It had some roblems, we informed about it to Mr Thomas and he sent us the part which had defect in a very short time. Now the machine works perfectly. Thanks a lot.
