I had dealt with ProScopeSystems to purchase a repair service on a specialty endoscope. I had sold scopes in the past, and had decent dealings. But when it came to repair service, they were very misleading in their capabilities, and provided awful customer service. When I mentioned I intended to complain to the BBB, I was threatened with a lawsuit. Not a very efficient way to resolve customer service complaints.
