All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. 4 Jared, LLC Series 5 may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall 4 Jared, LLC Series 5 be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. 4 Jared, LLC Series 5 shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
4 Jared, LLC Series 5 will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, 4 Jared, LLC Series 5 or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:
* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;
* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.
The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. Pickup/Shipping
Before you pay your invoice please email info@medicalequipmentsuperstore.com for a packing and shipping quote. We will add this amount onto your invoice.
Equipment must be picked up (10) days after the auction ends.
Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with packing, pick up, loading, and shipping.

Pickups take place Monday - Friday of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time - To schedule a specific pickup Buyer may contact info@medicalequipmentsuperstore.com or call +1 (215) 669-3913. Invoice must be paid before pick up.
All shipments will be sent within 10 days of receiving payment.
