Standard Warranty Terms:
30 to 90 day replacement warranty on most of the parts we sell. This warranty entitles you to return a part that doesn't work or malfunctions within 30 days of the date of purchase and exchange for another part or receive a refund.
Standard Return Policy:
Who pays for the returned shipping costs? The customer must pay all related shipping cost for returns/exchanges. Is there a restocking fee? VMS restocking fee varies by the situation and is in addition to any shipping charges. Does VMS store offer refunds, credits, and/or exchanges? Yes refunds and exchanges. How much time does the customer have to make a return? Returns must be received within 30 days. How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are completed after the parts are received back at VMS packed appropriately and undamaged. In most cases refunds are processed within one week, less restocking fees and any shipping charges paid by VMS. Is an authorization number (RMA, RA, etc.) required before customer can return product? No. What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return? Customer must contact VMS within five business days of receiving the part to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns can be processed without the RA. After 30 days all sales are FINAL. We ask that parts be returned in there original condition (unworn, undamaged) and in their original packaging. Items returned without a RA, past 30 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
