Factory New Equipment/Supplies: No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior written authorization. All freight charges will be deducted from credit for items shipped with freight costs included. Upon receipt of the product an inspection will be made and a credit memo for the appropriate amount will be mailed. All products for return must be in original packaging, unused, unassembled and in re-sellable condition or no credit may be issued. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery. Special order items are non-returnable. Return Goods Credit Schedule Guide Line: MFI Error: 100% Credit Granted Unused good in original packaging returned within 30 days of original delivery date: 80% Credit Granted Damaged Goods: Appropriate credit less restocking charges and repair costs. Custom / Special Order or Damaged items due to improper packaging when returned: No credit issued Refurbished Equipment: All equipment shipped is certified to proper operating and cosmetic specifications. All equipment shipped is protected by paid-for carrier insurance. Providing equipment shipped was nonconforming to invoice, equipment can be returned for refund.
