This company is a scam, giving our safety net hospital the runaround for service and not honoring the warranty agreement. Additionally the room is a lemon and has continually had issues since installation. Exceptionally awful service from Heritage Radiology LLC *Update, while initially it seemed like we were going to work out our resolution for service it seems that has fallen apart. Room continues to have issues and since Heritage Radiology is not honoring the Warranty Agreement we are paying for our own repairs each time. Additionally it is impossible to get ahold of anyone for service and there is no ticket or reference system so each call gets sent into the void.
Stephan Anderson responded: The system has been scanning for almost two years and providing significant revenue.
