More weight for healthcare provider ratings
Our users asked us to change the DOTmed 5-Star Rating System and give more weight to ratings from healthcare providers because, as end-users, they are in the best position to evaluate a dealer's products and services. Therefore, if you work for a healthcare facility, your ratings now have twice the value of dealer-to-dealer ratings. Please rate every company you do business with.

I Sold him a ZIMMER ATS 2000 unit at a very fair price, complete and working. After I had shipped the Zimmer unit, Simon said "He did not want it, and would refuse the shipment!" That means I would have to pay shipping both ways! I did later get paid, but I will never do business with this Company again, due to the instability of the basic "truth concept" from Francis Simon, and Simon Medical.
Francis Simon responded: My apologies for any inconvenience you may have had with this transaction. Item was paid within a week of delivery of the item and bank check images and seller invoices can be shown upon request. Seller did cash the check. If there is any way for us to right this transaction for you, let me know and we will try our best to make it right.
