Dan was very responsive, we were able to sort out the details of our order within a few hours. Before the purchase, Dan sent us detailed images of the items. We've been using the purchased ultrasound probes on a daily basis for more than a year now, they've been working properly. The price and the state of the probes were very reasonable.
