Mads Vittrup from Flexray sold me broken MR GE MR450W saying that it is fully functional though log error showed that system was deinstalled and never was run since 2009. When I contacted him asking to share part expenses, he refused. We already spent more than $30k but still can’t run the system. Beware working with this guy, he sells trash and his words worth nothing.
Mads Vittrup responded: The MR450W was manufactured and installed by GE in 2012. As such the mentioned log-comment makes no sense. The MR450W passed full QA test in end of 2019. The system was deinstalled in Dec 2019. Deinstallation was done by GE trained specialist company. You contacted me first time about this system in January 2020 where you were informed that the system was deinstalled in Dec 19 and now in stock. In June/July we finally reach an agreement and in late July 2020 the system was shipped to Kazakhstan. Now, 1 year after deinstall, 6 months after delivery, I'm asked to cover the costs of a replacement module. Of course this is not my responsibility on a standard "as is" B2B transaction. If you want parts warranty such should be put in the contract - and it would also have been reflected in the price. Which is of course also why this wasn't requested by you as you wanted to buy at lowest possible price (as is). You got low price, but you also got the risk. This you knew. No warranty has been purchased and thus it's of course also not being covered.
