The Respondent failed to provide transparent records as required under the inspection clause. 3. The misrepresentation of the equipment’s tube exposure count constitutes a material breach, significantly affecting the value and usability of the purchased equipment. AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION in an arbitration case as per terms of contract set out by seller in this case Mr Aston Diaz of Dynamica Medical LLc has reviewed the contract and evidence and awarded full settlement of all claims.
